San Jose DUI Expungement
An expungement or record clearance is a bit of a misnomer. If you have been convicted of a San Jose misdemeanor then in some cases you may be eligible for an expungement. The court requires successful completion of all terms of your probation. An expungement will allow you to indicate that you have not been convicted of a misdemeanor on applications for private employment. If you are applying for a state license such as a real estate license then you must disclose that you have been convicted of a crime but have gotten an expungement.
